RESERVATION CONDITIONS
Our prices are in TL. • VAT is included in our prices. • Minimum stay is 2 (two) weeks during the high season (June, July, August, September) ,for the rest of the year it is 1 (one) week. • The extra bed should be stated during the booking process, it is added in the total bed capacity and is free of charge. • The maximum number of people by type of housing is as it follows: 2 + 1 max person: 3 adults + 1 child 3 + 1 max people: 4 Adults + 2 children 4 + 1 max people: 7 Adults + 2 children • Çağdaş Villas has right to apply special prices for short stays during the holiday periods like religious festivals etc. • For the finalization of the reservation, 50% of the price of the total stay is requested as a prepayment. • A deposit of 1000 € is requested on the day of check-in. This amount will be refunded on the day of departure after the necessary checks are made. • The lessor is obliged to comply with all of the conditions of the rental agreement and the site rules of the relevant site. • In the high season, prepayment is not refunded if the cancellations are made less than 2 months to the check-in date and in other seasons less than 1 month to the check-in date. • For a change of the booking date and availability of the residence will be taken into account. • Special requirements (infant bed, feeding chair, late check-in, allergic conditions, etc.) must be specified at the time of the booking and must be confirmed.
